Welcome! My name is Sherrie Franklin. I retired in 2009 from the Division of Motor Vehicles in New Castle, DE, after thirty years of dedicated service. In the last thirteen years of my employment, I was the supervisor of Titles and Registration. I have since then decided to put forth my acquired knowledge into a title service called Titles In Motion. This business offers many of the same services you will find at the Motor Vehicle.
